Shower and sink water pressure are great, and the washer and dryer are new as well. If anything ever breaks, we have an amazing handyman who's been incredibly helpful with any small maintenance issues we've had, he even helped us while we were furnishing the home. Maintenance problems are always addressed quickly and efficiently. Honestly, the backyard might be my favorite part. Turf area, hammocks, string lights, seating, it's a space to be outside, study, or just exist between classes instead of being stuck inside all day.
