Room in 7 bed/7 bath in house on Packard St

Description

SUBLEASING ROOM — PACKARD HOUSE (ANN ARBOR, MI) JAN-MAY/AUG 2027 〽️〽️🤗🤗 ** biggest room, value, location & even better girls Hi! I'm subletting my room for winter semester (Jan–May) while I'm abroad in Italy, and I'm looking for another UMich girl (undergrad or graduate student) to take over. The house is 422 Packard — about a 5/7 minute walk to the Union, and super close to Central and everything on South U. It's a fully remodeled 7 bed / 7 bath, so the room comes with its own private bathroom and a walk-in closet. All my furniture stays, so you'd basically just need your clothes. Your six housemates would be junior girls — a mix of Ross, LSA, and Nursing. Everyone's clean, chill, and easy to live with. In-unit laundry, all utilities included in rent, and there'd likely be an extra parking spot available if you need one. Move-in can be as early as January 1, and I'd need you out between May-Aug. Only open to UMich girls (undergrad or grad). A little about me — junior in LSA, going to Italy second semester. DM me (or preferably reach out to tvarsano@umich.edu) if you're interested or want more photos / a video walkthrough. Rent starts at $1650, but is negotiable!
