Blue Castle on South Forest!!

Hi!! I currently live in a completely new house that just got finished built this summer that is on South Forest Street, right in the perfect place on campus, not even a 5 minute walk to the Ross School of Business and a 12-minute walk to the newly built Hadley Gym!! We are the first tenants to live in, so the house feels really nice; everything is truly perfect!! I am subleasing a one-bedroom room furnished with a desk, bed, closet, and storage cabinets under the bed. My room is in the basement with a large window, and I get plenty of sun. I share a restroom with my roommate; she is the sweetest person ever, and I rarely use the restroom at the same time as her. She is a pre-med senior, so she's very diligent and tidy and clean! The price of this room is very flexible, as I really want to sublease this room because I am planning on studying abroad in the winter semester! If you want to make great friends and study with your friends, or do fun things like watching movies while making cookies in our large living room, or making s'mores at night by the fireplace, this is the place for you! My roommates are some of the most compassionate, caring, and inviting girls you could meet. I live with 11 other girls in this 4-level house, and it was the best decision of my life! Don't worry about the number of girls or if it'll be noisy because the walls are double-insulated, and the house is so spacious I forget I even live with 11 girls. 9 girls are seniors, and 3 girls are juniors, and the other 2 juniors are also subleasing their rooms, so if you and your two friends need housing, please let me know! The house has 2 kitchens as well, so you will only be sharing a kitchen with 5 other girls. We also have a desk, patio area in the front of the house and chairs and a fireplace in our front lawn, so everyday is so much fun!!
