Description

Looking for someone to take over my lease in a private bedroom on West Falls - just a 5 minute walk to SDSU! The room is fully furnished and available from January through May 2027. Rent is $1250/month + utilities. The house has 6 other bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, free parking in the driveway, in-unit laundry, and other amenities including a nice backyard, full kitchen, and mini gym. We also have a few other rooms looking to be sublet, so if you would like to live with a friend, this is a great option for you! Message me if you’re interested or have any more questions. :)
